Good thing today.
I walked out of Blindern athletica building and a guy approach me, talking in Norwegian. I wanted to just walk off, but then I said "I cant speak Norwegian"
He: "oh ok. well.."
I seems like he's trying to tell me something, cos normally they would just dont care abt u after that.
He: "There is a meeting about meaning of life and Christianity"
Me: "Ok"
He: "Its at this building. 7pm tonight."
Me: "well, i dont think i can attend. I hurt my leg, so i gotta rest"
He: "well, you still can attend if u want. Well, you know that Jesus heals"
Me: "Yea Im a Christian already"
He: "Oh u are. Yes. I tell you. Jesus heals. I've seen it with my eyes. many times. There was this toe of someone...."
Me: "Yes i know that"
He: "Can I pray for you?"
Me: (seeing that he's so fervent) "ok"
He: (bent down, laid his hand on my knee, and prayed for me)
He: "How is it? Check it. Is it healed?"
Me: (Wah this guy seriously got faith leh) "Yea, it feels better"
He: "Can you do things that u cant do before?"
Me (I wldnt want to try, so I just flex my leg. It really does feel much better. Cos today I walked so much on clutches, my leg was actually hurting b4 he prayed.) "Yea, it is better, but its a little pain
He: "Its better. Can I pray for you again? And then it will be completely healed"
Me: (Wah this guy serious leh. In the middle of campus) "ok"
He (prayed for me. "I curse this pain in Jesus' name".. and strangly, in the freezing outdoor winter, I actually felt, power of warmth from his hand. Its a familiar feeling, the one that I felt always, when people lay hands on u in the name of Jesus, but this time, its better, cos its freezing outside)
I will attend. Maybe next week :). Not that interested in introductory sessions. I got work to do.
