Hours before London

Been talking to Heather alot through email, and I'll see her tmr.
And here's some really really really cool exchanges:

ME - Anw I just saw ur fb pics. U know Xiuqing too? Did u stay w her in Munich? Lol. I plan to stay w her in Munich.

Her - Haha I just met her in Munich! I was staying with another friend doing SEP in engineering.

ME - Small world. Literally. (HAHA. after typing 'small world', I realise this is the first time Im using that phrase, outside of Singapore, with reference to outside of Singapore. And I realise, the true meaning of that phrase, cos Singapore's too small to really appreciate that phrase.)

AND I HAVE NOT MET XIUQING FOR >1 year!!! MY VERY VERY CLOSE JUNIOR, who had a FABULOUS PLACE OF DOING IMMERSION, INTERNSHIP, EXCHANGE, all in Germany, in different parts of Germany, hence explaining her absence. And I cant believe that I (may) see her in Munich! (if she doesnt go on another trip)

And..

Her - NO NO OMG THE NUS PEOPLE HERE SPEND SOOOO MUCH I'M REALLY REALLY SHOCKED! As in, its not even 'logical' spending, i.e. they buy super super budget food like the really cheap and terrible tasting Tesco Basics foods on a day-to-day then bust their wallets and stomachs on weekends at these buffet places or high-class restaurants! I really don't understand it. And they travel tons too, and do stuff like horseriding, which is okay I guess if they weren't also spending so much on...excessive food :O My entire trip took 990, and only cause i had to pay a penalty fair of 100 for one train ride... so yes yes i am totally for moderate living!
Me - why didnt u look for me for easter trip. -_-"
(horse-riding is fine, althought i think that its way cheaper to do it in Malaysia etc. for the same quality really. I bungee-jumped in Thailand for 50 plus sgd. impossible to find anywhere else in the world :D. )

See! I AM NOT ALONE! There is someone else on a budget! She did 12 cities across Europe, 19 days in 990. If you dont count the 100 sgd fine for a mistake, she did it in $890 which is very amazing. ALONE (This girl is KAM BRAVE.) This girl (w a i suppose rich family the way she described it) is wise with her money. She just crossed Europe in 900 dollars. Which made me more optimistic about my round trip of Europe, 19 cities, 30 days. Im even optimistic that I might be able to make it below $1500. Below $2000 seems almost a certainty now. (EAT THAT YOU OTHER NUS SUCKERS THAT SPENT 6000 dollars travelling much lesser already. My decision not to join you guyssss is justified. :D. )

I would love to travel with people like these.
